Short version: we collect what we need to run DirtOX — your account, profile, garage, photos, and (when you use ride features) location. We use essential device storage to keep you signed in and work offline. We do not sell your personal information or use advertising trackers.
This Privacy Policy explains how [RIDER CROSSING LLC] ("DirtOX," "we," "us") collects and uses information when you use dirtox.com and the DirtOX app (the "Service"). It works alongside our Terms of Service.

To provide and operate the Service; authenticate you; show ride locations, weather, and rider connections; run BRAAP Points and giveaways; keep the Service safe and prevent abuse; respond to support requests; and comply with law.
DirtOX uses essential storage only — there are no advertising or cross-site tracking cookies:

These are required for the Service to function, so they are not used for tracking and do not require opt-in consent. You can clear them anytime in your browser/device settings (you'll be signed out).
We share information only as needed to run the Service:
We do not sell or share your personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. Because we do not sell or share it, no "Do Not Sell" action is needed; we honor recognized opt-out signals (such as Global Privacy Control) where applicable.
You can view and edit your profile, control what you share, turn off device location in your settings, and delete your account at any time (which removes your personal data, subject to legal retention). Depending on where you live (e.g., California and other US states), you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or limit use of your personal information. To exercise these, email [SUPPORT EMAIL]; we will not discriminate against you for doing so.
We keep your information while your account is active and as needed to run the Service, resolve disputes, and meet legal obligations, then delete or anonymize it.
DirtOX is for adults 18+. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we learn we have, we will delete it. Contact us if you believe a child has provided us data.
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures (including encrypted connections and hashed passwords) to protect your information. No system is perfectly secure, so we can't guarantee absolute security.
We may update this Policy. We'll change the "Last updated" date and, for material changes, notify you in the app. We review this Policy at least every 12 months.
